Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.New to site

With the complete lack of details, I can only assume this was a venting thread and not an advice seeking, or warring to others or a question. If that is the case, please make sure to mention that in the future, so people don't waste time trying to figure out how to help.0 -

The only possible smidgen of thought as to "why?" is wondering if there's some "right of way" issue that one of them has over the other one's garden.
Though that would be an issue to anyone (whether they've got equity release or no).0 -

You might do if there were for example some sort of title problem which required their involvement to sort out.0 -
Depending how this thread develops, it might even match the dead-dog-in-the-garden thread!
Here's hoping!0 -
