    Yes.....Been paperless for years. No changes or anything....It all looked OK and correct though. Hope we don't lose interest because of it?

    Come to think of it, maybe they thought we'd all be comforted to see a printed statement after all their adventures.

    It would be nice to think so but more likely their system really is having a nervous breakdown.
    Free the dunston one next time too.

    I'm treasurer for a local charity. We normally get monthly statements. I last got March's in early April, so no April or May ones. I've been into our local branch and the manager told me 'No statements are being sent out at all' and couldn't give me a date when they might be. Has anyone received a bank printed statement recently?


    I can, and have, printed out online ones - they carry the notice 'Please remember, this isn't an official bank copy'! so no good for audit purposes.

    Same problem with getting Certificates of Interest Paid.

    So TSB Aren't sending statements out?? that's why not revived mine yet...

    Hopefully they will fix it soon

    I have just ordered (Hopefully) some statements online classic plus.

    For example I choose 7th June 17 to 7th June 18 clicked on statement.. choose account I wanted to be charged (Free) typed in password then ordered statements did it twice to make sure..

    Also got statement in online message (Was only a months worth e.g 30th April to 1st June) so will see what happens

    Although I haven't been able to download any statements for two months, I did receive my rewards 11 days early this month!
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

    Ordered some statements online a Few times to make sure the order went through (Over a week ago) haven't received them yet so tried one last time and ordered some today..

    Even the ones I ordered on the phone didn't turn up (That was over 2 weeks ago)

    I am still getting post from other banks etc

    This is Beyond a joke all I want to do is order a statement how hard can this be.

    Has anyone got their statements or not?? is TSB Still no issuing any?
