We've just received paper statements for the accounts on which we've always had only O/L statements. Their system must be having a nervous breakdown.
Free the dunston one next time too.

I received my credit card statement after changing it from online a month ago, everything as it should be.

Don't get paper statements for Classic current account. If I did I would not get the 5% interest.

Set up a standing order today from my current account, no problems.

So for me at least its mostly ok. Still can't see older credit card statements online that's all.

Yeah, us too. Hence my surprise at receiving paper statements out of the blue. Will that cost us our 5%?

(Mind you, while this fiasco continues it'll probably 5% on £50.)

Yep. Out of the blue. Only get annual interest statements on paper normally. Everything else online.
