TSB Statement's

Has anyone had their TSB Credit Card/Current account statement in the post, I ordered over the phone over a week ago (Current account), not arrived yet.

Can't order online it said service temporarily unavailable and now says No sheets available for this date range... no matter what dates I choose...

It's a joke all I wanted to do is order a statement normally takes 4-6 days to arrive...

Hope they fix it soon

I'm having the same problem (and assume a lot of others are too). Statements cannot be viewed online. I'm not bothering to order paper statements as I can view my previous transactions going back several months via the app.

I last ordered current account statements in January (phoned them up) before all the chaos and it took about 10 days to arrive so there's still time.

As for the ordering of them online - yes no matter what dates you put in no statements available - or has anyone had any success with this?

Mine (credit card) arrived as usual this month.

The only issue I!!!8217;ve had so far is that I received a second cashback payment that in no way correlates to my spending.

Maybe they got sent to another TSB customer.

TSB is obviously still very poorly; bless her !

I don't have a problem with online statements from any TSB account, but I do have a problem in trying to switch my ISA from TSB. 2 weeks now and counting.

Still can't order statements online and the one I ordered on the phone hasn't arrived yet, I got one printed in branch but it's just a list of transactions...
