    Looks good to me.

The only thing I'd say is that they are not your landlord. Might just be worth leaving the words "as the landlord" out?

According to the Lease the MA is also my landlord.

    Gosh

That's a bit unusual. MAs are usually employed by the freeholder. Anyway, personally, I'd still leave the words out. I think it makes it stronger 'I ask you to enforce etc..."

I share Beamerguy's interest in their reply and to see what they know or don't know!

Hope it works out for you.

I dropped the part about the landlord and sent it. I'll post back if/when they respond. Thanks for the advice :)

I have received the PCN for the windscreen ticket that I mentioned previously.

EDIT: The photos supplied on their website do not show the placard with my flat number. The first photograph has a timestamp of 09:21:40 and the first photograph with the windscreen note has a timestamp of 09:23:18.

Also, the writing is so small on their photograph of the sign that it cannot be read!

That looks to be non POFA compliant wording to me.

The POFA has no mention of 29 days, and to what does, "the date given" mean? To what is it referring because it doesn't mention PCN, NTK, or notice.

The online payment website specifies a £1.95 handling fee, is that allowed?

You know it's not, but it's neither here nor there.

Your other posts betray a level of knowledge this thread doesn't. Why the difference?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've had private tickets in the past but I've never owned a property before and so I've never dealt with a parking company as a resident. The comments I have posted on other threads are drawn from knowledge gained from my previous tickets.

I have also never seen a handling fee before. I wondered if it was a credit/debit card fee which I think are not allowed any more. Or if it was something more akin to a booking fee. but in that case I'd expect to see something written about it on the signage.

I don't understand, I've only posted in a few other threads besides this one.
