Had to buy milk for the office yesterday which scuppered my NSD!!!

SpekySquarehead, you know you can have exceptions with your purchases that don't count towards your no-spend tally? Things like petrol, groceries or bills. Just saying. I know some people do think of a no-spend day as one in which not a cent is spent but it can be a little less stark than that.In April I am taking a break from buying: Books

SpekySquarehead, you know you can have exceptions with your purchases that don't count towards your no-spend tally? Things like petrol, groceries or bills. Just saying. I know some people do think of a no-spend day as one in which not a cent is spent but it can be a little less stark than that.
Yeah, I suppose. The thing is, the spend for office milk is avoidable. My colleagues could have got it, so for that reason, I don't really let myself off with it. Perhaps I'm being too critical.
Anyway, no NSD yesterday either as I had to pay £4 for football. Avoided temptation on the way home for some food, too.0
