This challenge is about setting yourself a weekly/monthly target of how many No Spend Days you would like to try and achieve during the month of October.

To join, just post your personal target and you are on your way.

Tips for the challenge;
1. Decide on a clear goal weekly or monthly of how many No Spend days you'd like to try and achieve. You can go target-free if you'd like!

2. Create a list of allowances ... What counts as a spend and what doesn't. If you want to say what your exceptions are (eg if you're not going to include groceries, pet food or petrol), that's great too!

  • Hello chums,

    It's been a manic few months, so I've not been tracking my NSD's but I have been conscious of it. But, it's a new month and one which I am filled with positivity and determination. So, count me in please!

    I'll aim for 17 days, please.

    yay one of my fav threads
    really aiming to do well this month. Put me down for 16 (though I hope for more)
    today was not one as needed to pick up something to go with dinner. Was going to buy the premade microwaveable root mash but it was £1.10 (some places it's £1) & I was adamant on only using my £1 coin & not breaking a £20 so I went hunting round the shop & got a pack of potatoes reduced & bought loose carrots to make it sub £1. (what am I like!!)
