    I've been having a nightmare. Stuck on 7 NSD's which is poor from me.

    Got the physio today to the tune of £47.50, so no NSD today either. Tomorrow should be though!

    I don’t count the physio as I go every week

    I agree with beanielou, things like physio can be exceptions (if they are a regular thing, or necessary to your wellbeing).
