This property has 'an amazing setting facing onto the River Liffey with superb views of salmon stands, wildlife & the weir.' So let's show a photo of it looking like an industrial shed by a main road and not actually any photos of the view.

It looks a lovely house, and the following news article from 2008 says a lot (given the guide price now is E675000).
TOP GEAR meets Wind in the Willows is the only way to describe two remarkable houses on the River Liffey at Islandbridge, Dublin 8. Hip young urbanites in search of spacious city homes will be interested in Swan Lake - two large riverside homes priced from €1.8 million to €2 million for sale through agent Owen Reilly.
Oh, and this from 2017, in case anyone is convinced from HUTH that property development is easy and free of risk:
A fund is seeking judgment for €2.6 million against the developer of two luxury Liffeyside homes in Dublin. The properties at 1A and 1B “Swan Lake”, Chapelizod Road, Islandbridge, were developed by David Wright, whose address is 1B.
They have been valued by a receiver at between €1.65 million and €2.4 million. It is claimed Anglo Irish Bank, before it was nationalised as Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC), loaned Mr Wright €2.25 million in 2008 to renew existing facilities to acquire the land and build the two homes. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I think I would be a little scared to tell these people I didn't like their house
Don’t worry too much, they are sufficiently high that you’ll have just about enough time to start running.0 -

Personally I’m having difficulty understanding the concept of “exalting standards” and working out how the city centre manages to be at the same time “literally on the doorstep” as well as a 10 minute drive away.0 -

I am assured the Nazi Memorabilia collection in the garage is purely for historical interest.0 -

This worked for me on my iPad but once pasted into MSE throws up the same error as the other post, so I give up.0 -
I expect that hot water boiler needs servicing.0 -
How does a house get to that state?
The suggested uses for this house seem rather specific. And what’s happened in pic 13? https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-84022217.html0
