    Hi June-Penny-Jugglers,

    So weird not being at work...trying to keep busy, but only managing 6 hours sleep a night which is giving me loads of extra time I don't know what to do with.

    DW wants to go to market/boot fair this morning so we're off soon. Probably all the bargains will be gone at this late stage. Oh well. I'm not feeling like going market-ward, but I will go. Came back with cheap fruit.

    Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Four:

    THINGS I WILL DO:

    * Check online banking. Done.

    * Take medication. Done.

    * Turn alarm clock off at the wall til tonight. Done.

    * Give DW the month's food money. Done.

    * Lunch will be roast lamb (rubber variety: will make stock and freeze surplus in chunks). Done.

    * Dinner tonight will be leftovers. Done.

    * Get some exercise. Done. Put some music on and lolloped around the bedroom, having first closed the curtains!

    * Repair jumper. It has a pulled thread and is unravelling. Done.

    * Check DW's online banking. Done.

    * Chat with mobile provider online to clarify a blll. Done.

    * Chat with old internet provider online to clarify a blll. Done. Good news. I owe them less than I thought. :) I was a bit muddled. :(

    * Plan next month's finances. Done.

    * Clear out letter rack. Done.

    * Clear out phone. Done.

    * Clear out laptop. Done.

    THINGS I WILL DO TOMORROW:

    * Discuss getting away from it all for a few days with DW.

    * Sort out my own eyebrows.

    * Get my expenses put through for this month to avoid an occurance of expense-mageddon.

    Morning folks

    Big hugs to all. Just catching up with the thread still. Been very up and down in myself. This situation with the outhouse is causing me stress. Also, my womb is currently screaming "WHY AREN'T YOU PREGNANT AS NATURE INTENDED?" at me. Paracetamol and ibuprofen and I'm still very sore. Can't resort to codeine in work though as it renders me unable to think.

    Bit of a quiet weekend as was too anxious to do much. Been doing lots of sock knitting for commission. One sock finished and next is 2/3rds down the leg.

    Today's mission:
    • B/L from stores. Dinner at in laws cos fathers' day.
    • Charge phone in work - done
    • Work through lunch to leave early
    • Use reusable mooncup - done
    Nothing really doing here.

    I've been horrifying my (older, male) pal at work by telling him just how sore I am. I like to disgruntle him :D

    Hi everyone,

    Missed a couple of days due to DH's birthday and too many World Cup matches!

    I am sending all sorts of support and sympathy to all those in need. I know what it's like to feel down/depressed, in pain, tired and generally low on life. I'm currently battling a full on bout of Fibromyalgia coupled with menopause and it's exhausting. I am determined to start a new regime today that involves a regular taking of my supplements instead of the hit and miss method I employ at present and some regular rests during busy days. I left my highly stressful job at Christmas as a Senco in a mainstream, failed, being taken over by an academy chain school. It followed 3 years of nightmare bullying, unpredictable behaviours from management and some staff and I wonder whether I'm still suffering the effects six months on.

    Anyhow, I'm in a fortunate place now and anyone with any troubles, either mental or physical, has my full empathy and support. So gigantic hugs and super positive feelings to you all.

    My list for today
    - home yoga session overlooking my smashing garden
    - take supplements with a super healthy breakfast
    - tidy up from yesterday's birthday celebrations, hoover, wash floors
    - cut the branches from the bush at the side of the house
    - water the plants
    - source dandelion tea
    - check accounts and move money to my 'Saving for South America' fund
    - do some admin work for my sister
    - an extra cleaning session this pm so more money earned (yep, got myself 3 A levels, a degree, several other professional qualifications, 28 years in education and now a cleaning lady. And I love it!)
    - eat a healthy lunch and cook a vege supper tonight
    - drink coffee in the summer house.
    - iron
    - rest

    And that is that for the day.

    Good luck to you all, whatever your goals my be.
    :)
