My go live date to VF was yesterday.
Internet working.
ping is slower 25ms ?
upload is quicker. Wasn't expecting that. (went from 40 to 70 package)
I can dial out on my number, but can't dial in. You get NO ringing tone when attempting. So i'm testing the call center services!0 -

You might try dialling 17070 and see if it works to tell you what telephone number your line thinks it is. Alternatively you could dial your mobile and see what number comes up on caller id. You may have done this already...0 -
I have just renewed with Vodafone (Current Fibre 76 contract ends 13/09/19)
I have taken the Superfast 2 package - little cheaper than my current one.
Since i started i have had no issues with the router/broadband etc etc
Hope that continues...we shall see0 -
