My go live date to VF was yesterday.

    Internet working.

    ping is slower 25ms ?
upload is quicker. Wasn't expecting that. (went from 40 to 70 package)

I can dial out on my number, but can't dial in. You get NO ringing tone when attempting. So i'm testing the call center services!

You might try dialling 17070 and see if it works to tell you what telephone number your line thinks it is. Alternatively you could dial your mobile and see what number comes up on caller id. You may have done this already...

I have just renewed with Vodafone (Current Fibre 76 contract ends 13/09/19)

I have taken the Superfast 2 package - little cheaper than my current one.

Since i started i have had no issues with the router/broadband etc etc

    Hope that continues...we shall see

Yes, mnbvcxz That was the first thing I did. Rang my mobile and my correct number appeared.

vodaphone got me to dial 17070 and that is also correct.

Currently with vodafone back office tech department. Response 24-48 hrs

They mean to be getting back to me within 24-48 hours. They didn't
    Just giving me bull now.

Usually 30 mins to get a ring back from them. (rather than wait in que)
