Is this a credit or debit card issue? You mention credit card disputes but it comes across as you are expecting money into your bank account rather than your credit card account.

Am therefore wondering whether your card provider/bank is perceiving the credit payments to be 'refunds' and is trying to match them with preceding debit transactions. Maybe it has matched 5 of them but can't find 5 more to match the missing ones to. This might therefore be down to the way the casino is processing the credits - process them as refunds and you get a problem, process them in the correct way (whatever that is these days) and they should go through. Might even be your bank has blocked them due to money laundering regulations.

Sorry I can't be more helpful (my cards knowledge is out of date) but this might give you a bit more ammunition to throw at the casino and your bank - might also stimulate someone else to wade in with a better answer.

Is the casino website based in the UK?
Perhaps a name/url would be helpful

Do you know if Halifax Bank has actually done anything to help with your dispute, or have they just failed to grasp the issue and fobbed you off? You've mentioned Visa Resolve Online. That appears to be something that came in way after my time in cards but it seems to suggest that the casino has been contacted through some kind of dispute mechanism and provided proof that the credits were processed. So it is strange that Halifax haven't been able to find them or confirm that they haven't been processed. I would certainly expect more from them than simply saying they can't help you.

I think you should complain to Halifax in writing saying that you have had 5 of your 10 winnings credits processed no problem but that 5 are still missing. Show them the 'screenshot' that seems to show all 10 credits and ask whether Halifax might have blocked them for some misguided money-laundering or fraud-related reason.

If anyone else on the forum knows more up-to-date stuff on gaming credits, or works in debit card disputes at Halifax, can they please step in here.

    Hi
Just came back from bank . I have showed the screenshot from Visa Resolve Online but they didnt accept this. They said this do not mean anything and told me that the online Casino need to put trace on it and recall the money as the money never reached my account. I told them that i was adviced that the founds could be blocked by the bank in case of laundering money issue but they said if this is the case then my account will be blocked...
I was also adviced by bank that if the casino refuse to trace the money i should put complain on them...

I am really confused i am stuck between the Halifax bank and the Trada casino which is based in Jersey.

Any further advise? I am really appreciate for all your help

    Best regards, Joanna

Do as Halifax say, and ask the casino to put a trace on the money, and recall it if necessary.
