Count me in again just a 4 week month so £280 this month please. Children all back at school tuesday so should be easier and I am working 3 days a week and take lunch with me so no going round the supermarket - I must try and do a meal plan to helpThanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

£1.72 spent on milk and baking powder.
I'll hopefully pop to Aldi at the end of the week as want some fruit and they have a good selection on their super six. I used to work about 5 minutes away from there and really miss going in my lunch break, but it's too far away now. I hope you are enjoying the long weekend. Spent some time in the garden tidying up today and planting seeds - sunflowers (free with my veg box), salad leaves and cabbages (free seeds my mum got with her newspaper) with DD. We had a great time
Please can I be put down for May spends of £430. Even though I was £20 over for April I am still going to keep shaving £10 off the budget each month. I know where I went wrong (easter hols) and I am really hopeful I can keep to the budget for May.

I have no idea how huch we spend on groceries so this will be a good starting point.

really hoping i manage it this month, but when i started on here i was at £250 roughly a month and was already writing a shopping list and meal plan, popping on here gives me an extra little kick up the bum:p (also started driving lessons,chosen a career path booked a Haven holiday so no choice but to cut down;))
Haven hol is 7 weeks away and i intend to have 5 days of eating out, having FUN and NOT WORRYING ABOUT MONEY with my beasties, my mum, my sister, her hubby and 2 kids:Dbliss!!!
failed my 1st theory test by 3points:mad:so total cost will be £62 aslong i pass 2nd time!!!(£31 a pop!!!!)
new career plan means i need a CRB which i'm having to pay for, £63:eek:
