    If you give OFTM your monthly meter reading then they will produce a statement within about 7 to 10 days. Website looks and acts a bit naff but they are cheap if you don't use much. As with most companies you get naff results when you do not give them what they need when they need it.

    Switched in March, having problems because I transferred from BG Freetime (they only took the standard reading from BG and didn't add the Freetime, resulting in a £200 monthly bill) but they are responsive and FINALLY accept what I am trying to explain. Still not amended my statements etc but we're getting there. As an extremely low gas user, they suit me. Well, they will once everything is ironed out!!
