If you give OFTM your monthly meter reading then they will produce a statement within about 7 to 10 days. Website looks and acts a bit naff but they are cheap if you don't use much. Switched in March, having problems because I transferred from BG Freetime (they only took the standard reading from BG and didn't add the Freetime, resulting in a £200 monthly bill) but they are responsive and FINALLY accept what I am trying to explain. Still not amended my statements etc but we're getting there. As an extremely low gas user, they suit me. Well, they will once everything is ironed out!!Woohoohoohooooooooo0
