    Where is everyone this morning? It's not like me to be first to post.:)


    Not sure of plans yet. I'll be out over lunchtime. I think I'll take some fruit with me and that may be enough. If not, I'll have a salad or a JP in town later.


    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
    L: tbc
    D: baked salmon, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus
    Syns: none planned


    From memory, I've got about 50 syns left until Thursday WI. I could easily not use any more but I do advocate using syns providing you stay within the 105 so I'll fit some in at some point.

    1/2 off but i’ll take that gladly! However the lovely food is catching up with me and my IBS is going crazy :( don’t know why it couldn’t have done so before WI this morning :rotfl:
