    In the meantime, if you have a valid mis-selling complaint about this Payment Break Plan then I recommend you submit it by return post.

    My partner received a cheque for just over £400 from barclaycard last week.

    Liz484 has not been active here since June.
    However, I'd say the answer to your question is pretty obvious from the thread; her partner won't have received £400 unless he returned the questionnaire.

    I got a letter, filled it out and waiting for responses.

    I forgot I had a Monument card and already had over £20K back in PPI refunds in the past so will update soon.

    Got a refund of £78 the other day - turned out I had the PBP and paid a grand total of £38 for it at some point many years ago. Case closed.
