Yes, I never understand why people sign up for their ISP email. It's not to be relied on when/if you move provider and is usually an inferior product to the alternatives.

I am surprised ISP emails are even still a thing, who uses those? You then have to change email addresses everywhere when you change ISP makes no sense

I have email accounts with ntlworld.com AND gmail.... I haven't received any for 9 days now! Sick to death of the whole situation. Fobbed off by them every time I contact them..-ie try again in an hour.

    Very angry now.

  • Has anyone found a solution as to why I still cannot send any emails from Virginmedia or Blueyonder addresses using Outlook or any Apple Devices since 8 June? I am receiving all emails but when I try to reply using Outlook or Apple, I keep getting an error message telling me to reenter my password and it keeps refusing the password even though it has not been changed.

The Virginmedia Indian call centre is absolutely useless as they frequently terminate your call and they claim there is no problem with their service.
