Old Access CC account reclaim

Did this charge vary according to the balance, or the same amount every month? What was it itemised as on the statement?I had a recurring charge on my CC and when I queried it I was told that it was 'insurance'0 -
Hence my trying to find out if there's a way of tracking down the old account info through the limited details I have.
This I do have a clear recollection of. I had a recurring charge on my CC and when I queried it I was told that it was 'insurance' and I was required to have it. It was only when I later queried it again, and after much argument, I was able to have it removed. What I have no paperwork for (and no clear recollection of) was how much was paid out and for how long.
If you cancelled it more than 3 years ago then they can invoke the time bar rules anyway meaning your complaint can be ignoredSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
