    This is a great idea. My MOST cherished possession, the one I would run back into the house to get if it was burning (well .....okay....I'm not stupid, but you get the gist!)....is my mum's handwritten recipe book. It has no value and it has unlimited value to me.

    Dearest Beanie, of course he knows, that’s not in dispute, I knew how much my Mother was proud of me when she was alive, however 20 years later it’s the letters I cherish with her handwriting, rather than the graduation watch I lost in transit on my wedding day.........
