MSE faulse offers

Going around in circles .
Click through says
Add BT Sport and default setting is
Free for 18 months
Free BT Sport has been added ( unless you removed it )
So your thread title is wrong as you are on a BT page for the offer that clearly has free BT Sport .0 -
I know it's fristrating. I wish I could send you pics over here, cos there is no where what so ever where it says add bt sport for free. That link you sent click on it and it takes me to the final check out page where I can add it for a payment of £6 a month but that's it. I can't see where I am going wrong

Do you know of any phone numbers I can ring for customer service0 -

The contact BT link at the bottom of the page would be a start. You have to choose an appropriate option for why your calling BT.
Give the chat option a try.
Have you answered the question "What does your contract say " about what your plan includes ?0 -
Been on the phone to BT for an hour and they say the same as me. You so not get it for free. I would have to pay another £4.50 per month for 18 months to get it, Very misleading advertising on behalf of MSE0

Was it false advertising from MSE or did they just advertise the information that was passed onto them.0 -
Obviously I don't know that, or maybe they've just made a mistake. But the same mistake is still up on MSE, and has been to me misleading.
And with what seems to be no customer services at MSE how do you make a complaint
I thought Martin Lewis / MSE is supposed to save people money and show good deals, not offer deals that are not there.0 -
MSE doesn't carry advertising. It gives details of offers, it is then up to you to ensure you qualify for any offers.0

I'm sure they will Work on a commission based scheme and not doing it for the love. More people that clicks their link is better for them0

I signed up for a BT broadband offer through MSE Broadband Unbundled in November 2018. The advertised deal included a £70 M&S voucher which I claimed using the documented procedure. I was then told by BT that I was not eligible for the M&S voucher so I sent a complaint to MSE giving a screen shot of the advertised deal that clearly showed the voucher was part of the deal. I received confirmation that they are investigating the matter but I have been waiting 2 months for a response to my complaint despite me prompting them for a reply every 2 weeks. This is another example of “MSE False Offers” and they do not seem to care about the customers they have misled.
