it is as long as you add an extra paragraph stating that POFA2012 does not apply in Scotland so as KEEPER I am not liable so cancel the PCN and destroy your data under the GDPR (and remove any wordings about POFA2012 and popla codes etc from your appeal)

appeal online if you can using the INCORRECT INFORMATION option, or whatever it says, no ticking I AM THE DRIVER

Highview will give up on receipt of the forum template - but add in that they cannot pursue the keeper in Scotland.

Sending it off, even in the unlikely event of them rejecting it, will do your case no harm, just returning you to the position of ignoring anything further from them.

Send in the template initial appeal and this should be cancelled in a couple of days.

    OK

I'm going to use that template and add the the extra paragraph as well, hopefully it should do the trick.

I could find anything on their website to appeal online, it could find any record of pcn and reg lol.

What's wrong with the 'Appeal Now' box at the middle bottom of their website?

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

well done , but not really surprising as they do it all the time when they see a forum aided appeal, especially when you added my suggestion to it

Well done, this shows the template appeal also works in Scotland as long as the appellant is careful to choose the option online that doesn't say if they were driving!

    :T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
