once I saw govan in your name, I was worried that this was a scotland incident

the advice in Scotland is IGNORE, as mentioned in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread

surely you realise that legal matters in Scotland may be different ?

you have your own parliament and some laws are devolved, so advice is dependent on your "country"

I would be ignoring it but trying to get the landowner or retailer to cancel it

in future, give relevant information if you want the correct advice

You would be wise to remove the car reg no and the PCN no from those images.
