leaving aside the  price, didn't we used to play spot the owner/ EA on this thread
rather hard to miss in this case, but why oh why take that pic (7) just then?

With a photo done as badly as that - I would have taken a lot of persuading to stay with that EA - as I'd wonder if that was the (low) standard all their employees were.0 -

All the photos are pretty awful and don't give much indication of what the property is like, especially for well over a million quid. I wonder if the floorplan was an old one from before the extension, as there isn't any evidence of the L shaped reception room, which the current owners have made such good use of.0 -

Those are very dismal photos for such an expensive house. Nice pic of the owner, he looks to be slouching away in horror at the quality of photographs.I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back0 -

world's largest press or the world's smallest dining table. Wide angle lenses have a lot to answer for!
Love the front door, original windows and encaustic tiling. Not so keen on the small back garden.0 -

If you want a house with less kerb appeal down the road is this with the blue door https://www.google.com/maps/@51.5367214,-0.3098975,3a,74.9y,87.67h,94.82t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1srkQobRV8O-qUZk7Cz_RJfA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656. Interesting in Oct 2016, there is scaffolding and a skip in the drive with rubble (new roof) yet the windows haven't changed.
That's what I thought, but someone suggested it was a wall, unless I misunderstood the post.0 -

You have to pay a heck of a lot to get a Victorian terrace in York with a decent garden. Most just have tiny yards. My yard at my old house was about 8 x 8 feet.Officially in a clique of idiots0 -

indeed, although "bathroom: not defined" is a new take on how to insert marketing "come ons" into a listing. Am I begging to define what makes a bathroom in a £1.3M property? errr... NoRedFraggle wrote: »I'm too distracted by the clockroom in the description.0 -
This estate agent must've scaled the wall! https://www.northfields.co.uk/property/for-sale/pitshanger/federal-road/That's what I thought, but someone suggested it was a wall, unless I misunderstood the post.0
