    Didn't make the Tiramisu after all. Might make it today. Stuck to plan yesterday; drank loads of water and lo and behold, this morning I had a LOSS of 3LB. One more pound to my first stone and 7lb to 10%.

    Didn't make the Tiramisu after all. Might make it today. Stuck to plan yesterday; drank loads of water and lo and behold, this morning I had a LOSS of 3LB. One more pound to my first stone and 7lb to 10%.

    Fabulous, well done, it may be best that you did not make the Tiramisu!

    I have ate like a total oink all week, and am amazed I have lost 1 lb.
