like others we to were drawn in by the sales pitch and are owed a substantional amount now by park owner, after being fobbed off through private meetings and news letters, we grabbed the bull by the horns and sought legal advice, Letters and threats being exchanged through our solicitor and park owner. In october 2013, at an open forum at a london sales pitch a member of our family asked (on our behalf) if this scheme was so good why wasnt we being paid ! Highly embarassing for park owner which went down like a lead balloon, unsue how much trade was undertaken after this was asked in his any questions time, after his selling pitch.

Oh dear, yet another "guaranteed" rent scheme/scam.

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. How was it guaranteed eg with personal deeds of guaranteed from business owners backed up with charges on property?

through park owner alas, being o a ps we dropped our guard and have rued the day we traded with wilson leisure. Our solicitor has requested full payment of lodge and additional gri money that is owed. the park owner is ducking and diving as per usual, stating why should he settle just our issues, in the contract you have to give the park owner the option to buy back.

Likewise 2012 was our last payment, which I may add was underpaid as was the previous one, only been in the scheme since 2011. We do not know any owners in scheme as we are on the Ruby site and live a fair way away from Devon but have been informed there are 40 between both sites. When we have visited we have always been told we are the only owners in the scheme visiting that week, so have been kept in the dark, would love to meet with others to discuss all options We will be down in Devon in March, so perhaps we could meet with others, although we are still awaiting to hear the latest excuses Good old Mr Wilson is making to our solicitor. ps is trading standards aware !

If there are any lodge owners that would like to meet let's try and agree a date in March. Situation still continuing. Has anyone been paid any GRI for 2013?

The thread has been rumbling since 2012, one of the first replies was to say seek legal advice and serve a stat demand.

Any company !!!!ing me about who owes me money, is with a served with a claim or stat demand.

If they have the money they quickly pay up, if they don't they go under.

Either way, I find out and don't waste years of my life being fobbed with excuses.

Have you tried this yet ?

Think you may be best asking other lodge owners to pm you by clicking on your user name, that way it would be possible to chat about the situation.
I'm not affected by this scam by the site owners, but have been watching the story unfold with interest haveing just sold a holiday lodge elsewhere .
GOOD LUCK WITH IT ALL and remember the more of you that can get together the more power you have

out of interest, did any one else receive an e mail from park owners PA informing of her departure from wilson leisure developments the following day ? I would have thought more notice would be needed, or for what ever reason it had been kept under wraps just like when the account went awol
