Is this problem still continuing at the Ruby and Mullacott Park? the posts would seem toindciate it from 2012 to early 2014 - has been paid since then ? And was there any action taken which caused it to be resolved.
Thanks

Has Wilson Leisure now paid the outstanding "guaranteed" income and if so when and what caused the change in behaviour? Thanks.0

Is this the park at Bucklands Cross?
I used to have a chalet there.... they kept changing the rules on them doing the renting etc and even worse putting up the ground rent. We sold it back to them last year after the ground rent went up to £4500 or more than £800 in a year and in the 3 years we had it had almost doubled.
There was promised improvements to the park which never happened and I just felt that they were making money off us on ground rents rather than focussing on the tourist side of things.
We loved it there but it very quickly became a burden for us.0 -
I came across this thread in an Internet search as I am aware that owners (2 of my relatives) are STILL not being paid their rental income. This has been going on for so long! How come nothing has happened and/or he hasn't gone bankrupt yet??? Interesting how nothing else comes up on the internet about this problem e.g. Court cases (only a drink driving one), trading standards or even local newspaper article (just one where HE is claiming to have been ripped off!). Has any action been taken?0
