Abused Patron Parking - Care parking Aldi Preston

Looking for some advice please on a PCN my other half received recently when using my vehicle. It states abused patron parking on the ticket. I have viewed the images on the care parking website which shows the rear wheel of my vehicle on the white line in the parking bay. It is backed up to a wall with just the rear wheel touching the line, front of the vehicle is fine not obstructing either of the vehicles parked each side. I find this very harsh to say the least. Is it worth appealing, should I use the standard letter on here etc? Thanks in advance

Wait the requisite 26 days - you know WHY, because the NEWBIES thread explains 'why the delay' which I will not repeat all over again here.
Diarise it now.
Go online to appeal on day 26, and use the standard appeal words in the NEWBIES thread (not in any MSE article about fighting parking tickets, as that letter is awful to say the least).
All private PCNs are an 'outrageous scam' (Hansard 2.2.18) and Care Parking are in the BPA so this is well worth taking to POPLA as registered keeper, not saying who parked/was driving, at any stage. Again you know why not, from the sticky thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

just to add , when that site was given planning permission (for 5 shops) it was granted on proviso that users of shops off site could park there for UPTO THREE HOURS , , the previous parking company (parking eye) eroded that time down to 1 hr 20 mins , I know that care parking are doing simular
the reason for this post is to state , that you can park there and NOT be a patron of Aldi or the other 4 shops
how can you abuse patron parking , if you are not a patron of the site ?0 -
Judging by the photos I think the abused patron parking if referring to not parking perfectly within the marked bays? The photo shows my back wheel on the white line.0

do as CM says , care seem to have the pleasure of sites where they cannot start court action
ALDI hired care parking , however parking is free for NON patrons i ALDi hired care parking, upto 3 hrs , no validating of tickets on an ipad or anything , you could very well not have been a customer of aldi , and simply parked up (free) for upto 3 hrs on what is classified as free parking by preston council ,0 -

How does that matter? You will win this appeal in the end by doing as advised.
Don't start talking about ''my'' back wheel, or adding any words about 'me, myself or I' when you appeal on day 26. I am fed up with reading about people throwing away the slam dunk winning position they had, by appealing too early or adding words blabbing about who was driving!PRIVATE 'PCN'? Were you a customer of Aldi at the time? If so, go to Aldi to get it cancelled, they are usually quite good at that. Search the forum for other Aldi threads for the email address to use.
You are guessing that the patron abuse is the white line. They haven't told you. Ask them in what manner they are claiming the driver "abused patron parking" and also ask them to spell out to you what they say are the terms and conditions of parking on the site, how and where these are advertised and in what manner they say the driver breached them.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. The driver was a customer of Aldi yes, they are saying the driver was observed leaving the car park so their photos are very misleading to say the least.0

contact the council planning department , do a POPLa appeal and add the info you will have received , and if "care" want to push this to court (can care do aldi sites at court level) embarrass the bloody lot of them and get the LEP involved
Aldi customer service apologise to me - this is after saying "not spent enough" , so did PE (previous parking Co) , they would rather NOT let this info be public0
