Abused Patron Parking - Care parking Aldi Preston

I had a parking notice on my windscreen at Aldi corporation st for “ obstructive parking “ looking at the pictures Online I think it is because the tow bar is too far back, The car was parked at the edge of the car park so the tow bar wasn’t obstructing another bay just the shrubs in the border. Unfortunately reading this thread I have missed the deadline for sending in the appeal as the date was 07/03/19 . My other half ( owner ) received a notice to keeper on 11th April . Is there anything I can do or have I missed the deadline

Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then start your own thread if you need further help rather than hijack someone else's thread.
You should also edit your post here as I have shown you in bold, or better yet, delete your post. Never, ever reveal the driver's identity, not even on here.
Use the Forum Jump "Go" button you will find near the top or bottom right of this page to get to the main page where you will find the NEWBIES.

The keeper will then send the blue appeal template they will find there. Of course, the keeper should also complain to the store manger and/or CEO about this outrageous scamming of genuine customers.
The keeper should also complain to their MP about this unregulated scam.
