Husband redundant, can't claim tax credits.
Hi, just looking for advice. Husband was earning £35,000 and i was on £15000 when he was told he is being made redundant on 30 January. I rang the Tax Credits Office, and they said because of what we earned so far this Tax Year, we couldn't claim any tax credits until April. Just want to check this is correct. Cheers.
