Morning, new to the forum so bear with me!
Myself and my partner purchased our house 5 years ago and have decided to sell. Property went up. Monday and lots of online views but only three viewings arranged so far.
I realise this isn't awful but also not great either. I was hoping that I could post a link and have you guys critique the ad/house for me. I appreciate you won't necessarily know the area etc but would still be greatful of any Constructive feedback please.

Less than 48hrs and 3 viewings already arranged.
Post the Rightmove property number and someone will create the link for you.0 -
Assuming you're buying somewhere else as well, so simply apply your buyer's eye to the property you're selling, and the sorts of places it's in competition with.
How does your ad and price honestly compare to similar properties in the same area? Would you buy it over again, compared to what else is currently on the market?0 -
3 viewings arranged in a couple of days sounds great to me.
Have you looked at comparable properties for sale in the area.
You can present as well as possible but a lot comes down to price0 -
It's actually cheaper than anything similar in the area and of a good condition in my opinion.
