The issue is a non-starter. If you do not meet the terms, then the processes that kick-in are largely automatic.
There is no need to I've the debtor any opportunity, other than if they do not pay on time, they reap the consequences. I agree it would be nice if they did, but those days are long gone.0 -
The second is from May this year and also from Lowell. It has no mention of vodafone and I have paid it. The only reason I knew it was from Vodafone was when I spoke on the phone.
I had no agreement with Lowell over the recent default. There has been no communication from them. The last I heard about the debt was over 18 months ago, disputing the amount with Vodafone
If you don't know what the debt was for or whether it's yours, why on earth did you pay it?
I've read this through several times and still not sure exactly what is wrong.
Did you have one debt or two?
If two, are they both yours?
For ones that are yours is the default date around the time you did default?
If the debt is not yours then a default is wrong and you complain.
If there is more than one default for the same debt then that is wrong and you complain.
If they are your debts but the dates of the defaults are wildly wrong then you can complain about that.
You cant' complain about Lowell having defaults for genuine debts with correct default dates. They just buy the debt once defaulted and the have the default that vodafone put on changed into their name. That is allowed. Lowell don't have to send you notice of the default.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

Doesn't look like Delvey gives a 5hit or wants or any help, he's just looking to 5lag off your company unfortunately.0 -
i have not had the best dealing with lowell, when you are repaying they still send phone call after phone call asking for more money0

I used to work for Lowell directly with the MD James Cornell, he used to come in my local pub and asked me to join them working in the IT department and as his go to guy for tech requests, shower of !!!!! the lot of them, they sacked me after 4 months for having red hair dye on the top of my head which from a holiday to ibiza yet their were 2 african people working there with mohecans and a hippy girl with rainbow coloured braids and balls in her hair (unwashed for many years!). Underhand company in everyway. This was many years ago when i was young and naive, now, i'd be taking them for unfair dismissal, i didnt realise at the time but what they did was both illegal and immoral bearing in mind they had no other issues with me.0

I have 2 defaults, the first one I accept is mine and have no bother with
The second one, I have always disputed the amount and did not know the debt had been collected. After speaking with Vodafone it seems that they did not pass the correct details onto lowell, thus they never contacted me. What I have noticed, however, is that both default dates have now changed, so the latest one is now dated March of last year. I am still not sure if this is correct.0 -
Hi delvey,
It's just a quick post to confirm that I've received your most recent email and will get back to you as soon as I can.
