    I cannot risk court action
Even if it goes to court, you would have nothing to fear because it is an open and shut case...in your favour. If you are up for a fight, take the battle to them;)

Can you please ignore this person like you should ignore the parking invoice sent to you, he works or owns a parking company and is so worried about the demise of his scam, he/she/it posts here to worry people, his last profile was called lurking enforcer

I was parked in the Netto car park again which is controlled by Euro Car Parks on Friday for about four and a half hours. The maximum stay is one hour, yet I never got a ticket on my windscreen.

Is it still possible that they may still send me one in the post once they get my details from the DVLA? Or is it a case where no one was patrolling the car park while I was there?

    :money:

    Spennymoor one??
i supposedly parked there for 6 hours when in reality the car dropped 2 people off and drove out again. the car was then parked up for 20mins about 3 hours later while i did my shopping.. i got a "£120 invoice "
2 nice pics of my car on it tho.. for free :D
shame they couldnt show who was driving hahahah

Seems as though you got caught out this time.

Settle the debt and be more careful in future.

We have a pet troll. Ignore the rubbish spouted by this person.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

The troll has had posting privileges removed by the MSE Team, normal service may resume :)
  • Then I suggest 'fining' him £200 reduced to £100 if paid with 14 days. Then if he does not cough up, threaten him with bailiffs and CCJs.

It was a one in Northumberland. I've seen a bloke walking around it before trying to look important so don't know it it has ANPR as well.

I cannot WAIT for a Supermarket round here to get ANPR! A cashier proudly told me last week about the planned new system for the car park, she wasn't thrilled when I told her what tosh these illegal fines are! :D

Gonna make a Perky mask and park there all day! :D :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Let us know where and when - we can all come along with Perky masks! :rotfl:

EDIT - Tesco in Evesham has just had Euro Car Parks ANPR installed, they were installing the signs this afternoon :D
