Euro Car Parks - No Ticket

I was parked in the Netto car park again which is controlled by Euro Car Parks on Friday for about four and a half hours. The maximum stay is one hour, yet I never got a ticket on my windscreen.

Is it still possible that they may still send me one in the post once they get my details from the DVLA? Or is it a case where no one was patrolling the car park while I was there?

Yes they can send you an invoice. Should you receive one of these invoices please file under bull**** and ignore.

Do not call phone or even write a letter.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

It is becoming more common for ANPR cameras to be used so the operation doesn't require a car park attendant. However the same advice applies as in all other PPC cases - ignore unless they issue court proceedings (article link for full info).

As yet, we have not heard of Euro Car Parks issuing court action despite many, many threats to many people to do so. Funny that... :D

Seems as though you got caught out this time.

Settle the debt and be more careful in future.

What PPC do you work for ?

Really sad that you come here with such foolish advice, try IamatrollPPC.com so you can reminisce on how your scam USED to work ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

It's our old friend Perky, spouting drivel as usual.

Have you actually read my post?

How did I get caught out when I never got a ticket?

Also I am well aware of the private PCN scam so will never pay one. :)

    Lee,

Can you please ignore this person like you should ignore the parking invoice sent to you, he works or owns a parking company and is so worried about the demise of his scam, he/she/it posts here to worry people, his last profile was called lurking enforcer

  • My wife parked my car in Sainsburys in Newquay. She then went to the bank, called in a pub for a drink then returned to sainsburys to do some shopping. At this point my daughter noticed a ticket on my car. My wife took the ticket to the 'attendant' and explained her actions. He would not speak to her. 'once it's issued' etc. She then went into the store, spoke to the manager who told her because she was seen leaving the car park she was not a customer. He said the signs advised this (they don't). She did not pay the fine and now I have received a demand from Euro Car Parks, as the RK, to pay £50. Where do I stand. I have heard I should ignore any correspondence, however I cannot risk court action. Please help with any advice.

Have you read any of the hundreds of other identical posts?

Ignore it. Euro have never ever taken anyone to court. It is a mail based scam, read this thread for the letters you will be ignoring.
