    General consensus is that if this is showing in-stock on the site you can mail/phone and they will send it you...thanks to HUKD cb-uk (credit where credit is due)

    I went into town today to use my telegraph vouchers and ended up in a nightmare. Is it one per transaction or one per customer?

    Ah, I had the same thing on Thursday! The voucher clearly states one per transaction but they said it was one per person. I said that they were in Sat & Sun Telegraph so obviously meant for regular customers to have two :cool:. I was with DH and had 3 vouchers. They were actually really lovely about it and said 'just this once' I could use them.

    I also bought a LYB card and they stamped my first stamp even though I had only spent £3 in actual money! :)

    What happened to you?

    I went in armed with 3 vouchers, got my bits and headed to the til. I said to the sa i have 3 vouchers can i do seperate transactions and she said its only one per customer so i quoted the terms to her but she was adimint one per customer so i asked why the woman in front had been allowed to use 2 at which point she became snotty and said she only had her initial and surname on it not her full name so i asked if i could score my name out and let my dad use it as he was in the shop with me but she refused. During this she talked down to me infront a a load of people and was very rude. I felt like a criminal i was so close to tears, in the end i could ot even look at her. I left the store thinking at least i got a bargain during the week with there glitches but my mum thinks i should email a complaint about her.

    you should definitely write their office and complain.
    there is a snotty SA in my local BS, but the others are really very sweet.
    what a witch, with a capital B. i mean, BS is getting their money back from the telegraph. if its against the rules, she aided the other woman cheat.
    some of these SA's are just plain rude and annoying :mad:

    Yes I deffinatly agree a complaint letter should be sent about her. In my job, if I was so rude to a customer, I would be up against the manager and probs would have a nice p45 sent to me a few days later. ALAS BS will probs side with her about the one per customer thing, but I don't think the way she dealt with it at all appropriate.
    I agree, a lot of the BS shop are lovely people :) I do feel a bit like there looking at me as if to say are you nicking, but hey oh most shops are like that nowadays.

    my account says paid and orders have y2, yet my bank account has not been charged ? i havent recieved any orders except 2 Strip Off Sugar, i placed 3 orders in total do u think i am gettin any of the orders? only the strawberry Bathe & Bloom says oos an thats the 1 i ordered with the strip of sugar ?

    i recently had a bad experience at my local bs aswell i was taking back a body butter basicly i just wanted to swap for something else the woman was very anti with me in the end i got what i wanted but i still wrot ea strogly worded letter to them:mad: my friend was also in the shop with me and was goint to buy some make up but wanted to check the shade first but there was no tester and the girl was very anti about that aswell! in a way it makes mee feel better that i get so much out of bs online :rotfl:

    That really is awful :(

    It really didn't say one per customer as I scrutinised it beforehand. I would definately email and mention this fact. Funny that I must have anticipated problems as I used different emails and variations of my name for two vouchers and DH's name for the other.

    Did you manage to use one of them?
