  • Hi NID,

I've uploaded the section you were talking about here to photobucket.....
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=30256697&postcount=2474.........entitled "Section 11"

It's still barely readable but I can't spot any prescibed terms but you will know for sure.

Failing that should I send them the letter you referred to here?...

  • Hi NID

Just a quicky - just checked my Experian records and there is an entry marked with a U from Raphaels Bank. I dont have an account with them or a least i dont think so. The credit limit marked is similar to one of the cards I have CCA'd could they be Monument ? Does the U mean unenforceable lol

All quiet at the mo on other fronts (bet i get loads of letters tom for saying that) other than a few phone calls, i have answered some and blanked a few and a letter from Triton threatening to take over the account if I dont contact Mint ASAP.

    Thanks NID
A Bank is a place where they lend you an umberella in fair weather and asks for it back when it begins to rain - I hate them all

    Hi Niddy

Guess what?! Optima/MBNA have come up with my signature on a tear off slip which I signed in August 01. Bearly readable but can you have a look and see what you think please? I'll also PM 10past6 as this is the CCJ thing, but I would value your opinion as well please....

    And todays post has brought.....

A letter from Lloyds TSB which says 'Once we've issued our final response, we won't normally continue to correspond with you about the same matter. As explained in our final response letter dated 6th Feb 2010, if you're still unhappy you have six months from this date to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for an independant review. We have now closed our file, but we will of course retain any further correspondence you may send and co-operate fully with the FOS if you decide to ask them to look into your complaint.'

This was in response to my letter saying I wanted to receive an exact copy of what they hold and not a typed agreement with reconstituted details on it.

Where do I go from here? Oh how I miss the confused icon!!!
    Thanks

All they sent is a signature form right? There are no prescribed terms on it, are there? You must appreciate I cannot read anything on it lol - but the same rule goes, no prescribed terms etc = unenforceable.

Regards Lloyds, as it is unenforceable and they have now 'closed their files' - tough! Time to ignore the cheeky beggars lol. :rotfl:

Hey Nidy , how you doing , as regards our two CCA ongoing requests...Barclay card and Bloan...since sending the letters asking nicely for the actual copy not a `true` copy , its all gone very quiet....a little too quiet.......should i fire off both CCA dispute letters yet to try and draw a line my end ?
