I am having problems printing out emails from my yahoo account, when I go to print them it comes up with "Internet explorer has stopped working and closes down" and redirects to google home page. I have had to forward on all my emails from my yahoo account to an o2 one which I have had to create and have had to print them from there with no problems.
Has anyone got any idea what is going on and why I can't print out emails from my yahoo account.
Any advice would be fully appreciated.

I'm not sure what is happening with IE, but a good test (and workaround) would be to download and install Firefox. Try logging onto your Yahoo mail through Firefox and print from there.

Yes I did a full virus check yesterday and it hasn't made any difference.Never had this problem before and it is now getting frustrating.
very tempting at the moment to fully close my yahoo email which will involve a lot of hassle as I have access through it with bank accounts, forums(this one for instance) job sites and all online shopping.

Sorry I am a bit pc illiterate. How do i find out which version I am using.
I currently log onto the internet explorer browser on my desktop.
Also would removing and then reinstalling remove all my favourites settings ?

Click on the help menu at the top, then select "About Internet Explorer"

Again thanks for your help so far. Just to reiterate I am fairly pc illiterate !
Do you mean the help and support option when I go into All programs from desktop.
Did you see my comment I edited before you replied regarding losing favourite settings ?

No, open your browser. At the top, there should be a row of menu options. The right hand one being "Help". Under that menu there should be a "About...." option. That will tell you which version you have.

You can make a standalone file of your favourites (and cookies) first. (File > Export Favorites, If I Recall Correctly),

Then import from your saved file, back into your new browser.

Before you remove your browser: Note that updating is usually done via Windows Updates. If you have a very old version, then just updating it via Windows Updates may fix your problem. If it doesn't, then it might help to uninstall IE entirely. Before you do so, it might be wise to use your existing broswer to download the installation files for the new one. ie8 is the latest.

No, the one actually in Internet Explorer.

It shouldn't delete your favorites, but you can easily back them up. Click Start, then on your logon name. You should then see a folder called favorites, right mouse click on it, click copy. Then go to your desktop, right mouse click, and click paste.

I still think you would be better trying Firefox. Download here install, and when you start it up, select to import favorites from IE.

Thanks for your help. I have downloaded firefox and can now get into yahoo and print off my emails. Will take a lot of getting use to though as I am one of those persons reluctant to change. Still at least I can now print off my emails going directly into yahoo.
I will settle for this at the moment again to reiterate not very pc literate and cannot for the life of me find help and support or menu options in internet explorer
