    Have just tried to register and i get to the last page of details but it won't let me click the next button after entering my card details. Anyone else having trouble?:confused:

    Try internet explorer as i had the same problems with firefox :)

    We recommend that you hand wash your pans.
    The surface appearance of the pans may differ due to natural variances as a result of the anodising process
    The pan handles may become hot as they are made of metal so take care when handling the pans

    I'm using firefox so will try internet explorer, another question - what do they mean by card reference???? I thought it was the number but they ask for that further down.:confused:

    I put in my name as it appears on the card, not sure if it was the right thing to do but they accepted it :confused:
