I put my name as it appears on my card. I wasn't sure whether to put it or my banks name. Either way the wrong details could lead to payment been rejected. I would be well pi|?>ed if that happened.

What does the 'card reference' field mean in the registration process?
The "card reference" field gives you the opportunity to give your card a name for your own convenience. This could be anything that helps you remember which card is registered e.g. John's Visa.

Thats what it says on the site FAQs :)
  • I have just ordered some and only 21 left now, thanks for the link.

I'm using firefox so will try internet explorer, another question - what do they mean by card reference???? I thought it was the number but they ask for that further down.

    Thanks

That part's just so you can give it a nickname Ie: 'Visa card' 'Mum's card' 'Main account card' etc. :)

    HTH

    xx

EDIT: Where's my manners?! Thanks OP, have bought a set - only 7 left now!

According to another website (Dabs), Card reference is:

    In Brief...
    • When you enter your credit/debit card details for the first time on your account, you'll be asked for a "card reference" as well as the other card details.
    • The "card reference" is simply a name to help you to identify the card you are using, and might be something simple like "Visa" or "Switch"
If that's the case, they should accept pretty much anything of your choice as the reference. Hope it doesn't put a stop to the order.

    edit - already been answered!!
