Try internet explorer as i had the same problems with firefox

We recommend that you hand wash your pans.

I'm using firefox so will try internet explorer, another question - what do they mean by card reference???? I thought it was the number but they ask for that further down.

I put in my name as it appears on the card, not sure if it was the right thing to do but they accepted it
