This happened months ago, I cancelled an 18 month contract and got to keep the Nokia N95 which I sold for over £200 on Ebay. I hate the 3 network!!

Do you have a copy of 2007 Price Guide? If so what does it say? I was never given one when I upgraded in December 07.
I received the letter from 3 last week and so far haven't got anywhere with their call centre staff!0 -
Hello,
I'm on the £15 texter contract, almost a month in, and the letter says 'that from the 23 September, and call lasting 59 seconds or less (including voicemail) will be rounded up to a minute...blah blah"three.co.uk/billingchanges wrote:Changes to the way we bill you From 23rd September 2008, any calls lasting 60 seconds or less will be rounded up to a minute. After the first minute, you’ll get charged for the rest of the call per second. There’s no change for calls made before 23rd September 2008.
·This means your first bill after the change may include calls rounded up to one minute and some calls (made before 23rd September) that aren't.
·The usage summary on your bill will show the rounded up number of minutes for that month.
Our price plans remain extremely competitive and we offer a host of extras, including free calls to Skype users anywhere in the world from your 3 mobile. You can also stay in control of your bills quickly and easily with My3. My3 is a free service that's available online and on your mobile. You can keep up-to-date with what you've spent this month, pay bills, see what price plan you're on, and much more.
This seems very detrimental to my contract as nearly all of my calls are sub-1 minute.
How do I get out, and can I?
Edit: Just had a look at my small print for the contract, and it says in 10.1.d [you may cancel your contract] "within one month of a detrimental variation to your agreement". So do I write to them this month (August 5th the letter is dated) or the month of the change (September) Cheers!0 -
