RBS 2007/08 Cash ISA rates

I'm in the middle of a complaint after RBS made a very bad mistake with my ISA.
Does anyone have a copy of the interest rates for their 2007/08 Cash ISA. They have a sliding scale depending on how much you have in your ISA but it isn't included in the leaflet I took from the branch last year (they only mention the top rate for £24,000+ ....). I can only find the rates for 2008/09 on the internet so I would be very grateful if someone could confirm whether they are the same or not.
Edit: I have since found this page listing previous interest rates on the RBS site. Would be handy if it had the dates of the previous rates but it'll do.
