Plenty of water
Gloves
Wet tissue papers [for cleaning in case of emergencies]

A proper spare wheel [many modern cars don't have it]

If you have a small car and try to keep all these things, you'll run out of space for your luggageHappiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
How organised are all of you?
I have an assortment of Spongebob Squarepants / Dr Who / Beano comics, an assortment of wetsuits, two body boards, some sun cream and several floor cushions in our car (well, actually it's a minibus!).
I did put together a first aid box at some point but don't know what happened to it. I'm going to jot down some ideas from this thread, I would love to be a bit more prepared for things.0 -
