I phoned Vodafone and told them I needed the unlocking code as my work wanted me to use an O2 sim occasionally.

You do realise that Vodafone is the network, not the maker of the phone. If you were to post the make and model of the handset you might get more advice, some phones are unlockable for free.

I found its made by Huawei

its called a Huawei 810, anyway to unlock it through usb?

I think you will be out of luck with that, it's a pretty obscure phone so it will be via Vodafone direct for the unlock.

It'll cost you £19.99, either contact 191 or go into a Vodafone Retail shop.
