Hungover here too Louise, more of a dull ache than a bouncing one though. I didn't really drink much either but then again didn't eat much yesterday.

I didnt drink much at all but mixed my drinks which I am old enough to know better........I dont have the dodgy stomache just a headache....drinking lots of water to help. I should be right in a couple of hours hopefully as I have food shopping to do.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Don't get em!

I rarely drink because due to various metabolic problems I can't metabolise alcohol like normal people can.
A boozy night out for me is a couple of mojitos and then I'm on the soft drinks or lattes (getting strange looks from all the youngsters)

I just woke up from an afternoon nap :o
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

There is alot going on this weekend I suppose. Tennis, Glastonbury, Football and as the weather is nice I presume people will be out and about. I am going to have half an hour on the sofa and will pop back later.

    Sundays are for napping..
