    Good afternoon everyone :hello:

    We've got a difficult few weeks ahead of us. Had an unexpected vet bill yesterday which has left us with about £20 to last us 18 days :eek: :eek:


    Can we do it :confused:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    Yes you can....nip over to the old stlye spud, there is weezls thread and one on making do with a tenner for the week...very fascinating.
    What about fleabaying a few things or a carboot tomorrow?
    Just had another thought...payday loans on quidco, with £50 cashback. I haven't but some have made a bit on this and apparently it tracks quickly.
    Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

    Ta Bob.

    I think I'm the only person in the whole world who has never Ebayed. Wouldnt know where to start. I'll try to find out if there are any car boots in the area for tomorrow or next weekend.

    We're on a DMP, so I doubt we would be accepted for any loan, even if it is for the cashback.

    Luckily the cupboards and freezer aren't completely bare, but even so, the next few weeks wont be much fun :o
