CHEAPEST ! mobile contract in ireland

1st and foremost l'd like to say a big hi to you all and reckon you all do an amazing job on here ! :T
l have a sister who moved to ireland a few months ago, thing is she's paying through the nose for her payg ,
she has no home phone and and no pc which will the next things l'll have to sort out for her !:rolleyes:
she uses the phone mainly for calls in ireland but texts me quite a bit in the uk was hoping that l could get her something like sim only but looking at some of the big player websites such as o2 and voda in ireland it do'snt look like they do these,
can anyone reccomend any decent packages for her ?

so a 2nd UK handset for her calling home/home calling her might be a very good choice to keep costs down
