Sayuk.com, cheap dialup and broadband

The other day, I clicked on a google advert from a website, and I was directed to a site called sayuk.com
They seem to be offering broadband at £12.99 a month, and dialup at £7.99 a month. The only catch is that you have to sign up to the telco service, which offers free calls to landlines at weekends. If you take the internet only option, then it costs £2 more.
Has anyone here had any experience of them? Are they reliable. I have been messed around by NTL freedom lately. Their broadband deal certainly looks like it can be beaten, by those who don't charge a connection fee, but after reading the article on moneysaving with dialup, the cheapest around is slightly less than £7.99, but unreliable.
As for signing up for the telephone service, signing up is one thing, but using it is another!!
Also, the reason why I'd opt for dialup, is that I might be moving house soon. If you move to another place, do you have to pay connection fees all over again, and if I move somewhere where the previous residents already had a broadband connection, would it just be a matter of migration?

zazizam offer the same broadband package (ie. upto 2mb, 2gb usage, and phone option) for £11.99
tbh i would wait until you move house, as you would have to get activated again0
