i am on o2 lesuire plus i want to use qxdial system to call india
is it any good to use qxdial . any advice Thanks

Would you not be better off using a provider like https://www.simply-fone.co.uk 07744 access no?

i am on offpeak plan so i got only 25 offpeak minute to call any network

is 07744 is a o2 number?

No. It will be cross-network call.

Check http://www.pre-dial.com/. They have O2 access number for some countries, but not India unfortunately ...
